+ Open the template in Photoshop 2

+ Then go to Edit> Define Pattern and save it to the pattern with the name you want. So you've saved this pattern Pattern library.

=> To provide the user must first create a new layer, then go to Edit> Fill. In the Pattern box, select the type of pattern that you just saved.
